| 控制 / Control | 采用闭环技术可控硅模块触发控制,移相模块控制使输出电压、电流或功率平滑跟随设定曲线,具有恒电压、恒电流或恒功率的特性;电流为内环,电压为外环,当负载电压或负载电流超过额定值时,限制调整管的输出电流在额定电流范围内,确保发热元件正常工作;同时电压参与调节,使调压器的输出电流被限制在额定电流范围内,在有充分调节余量的前提下维持输出电流及电压的恒定;从而保护炉内发热元件免受过大电流、电压的冲击,达到安全可靠的控制效果及控制精度。详见电炉手册。/ Uses closed-loop technology with thyristor module phase-shift trigger control. This control method allows the output voltage/current or power to smoothly follow the set curve. It has constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. Current serves as the inner loop, voltage as the outer loop. When the load voltage or current exceeds the rated value, it limits the output current to within the rated range, ensuring normal operation of the heating elements. Simultaneously, voltage participates in regulation, limiting the output current of the voltage regulator within the rated range, maintaining constant output current and voltage when sufficient regulation margin exists. This protects heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact, achieving safe, reliable control and high accuracy. See furnace manual for details. |
